London based alternative genre artist Augustus Caesar has released his E.P, ‘The Hope E.P’, which will be available to download for free on Vibedeck from October 2013.
Speaking of the release, Augustus describes it as “a fingerprint of his imagination in sound waves”. With so many musical influences to draw from, including Rock and Hip Hop/Rap, his music is a fusion of these genres, which is what makes his sound so unique. The E.P has 5 tracks in total and features the fan-favourites, ‘Drunken Style’ and ‘Hope’.
Max Necus from Soapbox says “Augustus has gained a strong following of people that come to listen to soulful music which touches the listener. Anyone is able to connect with what he’s saying, especially as they know that he’s produced, written and sung it all himself”. He then added “There’s nothing to stop him now; it really is just a matter of time”.
